Terms of Use

These terms explain the limits of our device information tools and the paid report and eligibility assessment currently offered through this website.

Last reviewed: 5 October 2026.

Before public launch: The service operator’s legal name, geographic address, country of establishment and customer contact details have not yet been provided and are intentionally omitted here. They must be published, together with the applicable pre-contract information, before accepting public orders. This draft is not a substitute for review by a qualified lawyer in the markets where the service is offered.

1. The services

MobileUnlock.online provides general device guides, a free IMEI format and possible-model preview, one-time paid device status reports, and a paid manual carrier-unlock eligibility assessment. The free preview may validate the IMEI checksum and use its first eight digits (the TAC) to look for a possible model in a catalog. A catalog match is not a verification of the complete IMEI or the device’s identity.

Paid reports are read-only, point-in-time responses from the named data source for one IMEI. The available report depends on the service selected at checkout. An eligibility assessment is a manual review of the device and original network details supplied with the order. It is not an unlock request, does not itself unlock a device, and does not guarantee that a carrier will approve an unlock. No further paid work is started without a separate order.

2. Separate device statuses

Carrier network lock, Apple Activation Lock / Find My, blacklist or lost/stolen status, MDM enrollment, and manufacturer warranty are different records and checks. One result does not establish another. A clean or eligible result is not a guarantee of future status, ownership, authenticity, compatibility, or carrier approval. Confirm important matters with the original carrier, manufacturer, seller, or lawful owner.

We do not remove Activation Lock, bypass account or device security, alter carrier or manufacturer records, or assist with a device you do not own or have authority to check. Do not submit an IMEI unless you are entitled to provide it for the requested check.

3. Orders, price and payment

The price and scope shown at checkout apply to the selected order. Device status reports are currently offered for €2.99 per IMEI. A manual eligibility assessment is currently offered for €9.99. Payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe’s checkout displays the applicable payment methods and receipt information. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display an order confirmation.

For paid status reports, the selected data provider is queried after successful live payment. We aim to make the result available in Track Order. Provider outages, incomplete records, or errors can delay a report or require manual review. For an eligibility assessment, processing may involve manual research and can take longer. Any estimate shown is not a guarantee unless expressly stated as one.

4. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

You may contact us to cancel an order that has not started. If work has already begun, tell us promptly; we will stop any remaining work where reasonably possible. We do not apply a blanket rule that removes statutory consumer rights merely because an order was placed or processing started.

If a paid report cannot be produced because of a technical failure on our side or the provider returns no usable result, we will investigate and, if we cannot complete the purchased service within a reasonable time, offer a replacement check or a refund for that report. An unfavorable, flagged, clean, or inconclusive status is not by itself a failed service when the purchased report has been supplied. Contact us promptly with the order details if a result is missing or appears to relate to the wrong service or IMEI.

For the manual eligibility assessment, if we do not provide the purchased written assessment, contact us so we can resolve the issue or refund the unperformed service. A finding that no supported unlock route is available is still an assessment result, not a promise that an unlock can be obtained.

Where consumer law gives you a withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, or refund right, these terms do not take it away. Any request for immediate performance during a statutory withdrawal period, and any effect of full performance on a withdrawal right, will be handled only with the disclosures and express consent required by the law that applies to your order. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

To request cancellation, report a problem, or exercise a right, use the customer contact details that will be published on this site before public orders are accepted. Include the checkout email and order reference; do not send payment-card details.

5. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use

Provide a valid IMEI, the correct report type, accurate order details, and an email address you can access. You are responsible for checking the result against the right device and for contacting the original carrier or manufacturer for authoritative action. Do not use this site to violate another person’s rights, evade security controls, interfere with the service, probe restricted systems, or submit information unlawfully.

6. Information, third-party services and availability

Guides, catalog matches, and status reports are provided for information and are not legal, financial, carrier, or manufacturer advice. Data sources may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result. Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, and the selected status-data provider operate services used to deliver parts of the order flow and are responsible for their own services and terms.

Links to carriers, Apple, Samsung, and other third parties are provided for convenience. They do not mean that those parties sponsor, approve, or are affiliated with MobileUnlock.online.

7. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made solely from a catalog match or status snapshot, later changes in carrier or device records, or third-party systems outside our control. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor does it reduce your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable.

8. Changes and governing rules

We may update these terms when the service changes. The version presented when you place an order applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The applicable governing law and dispute forum depend on the operator’s place of establishment and the consumer protection rules that apply to you. Those operator details will be added before public sales; no governing country is asserted in this draft.

9. Privacy

How device identifiers, order details, and provider responses are handled is explained in our Privacy information.
