Privacy information

This notice describes information used when you browse MobileUnlock.online, preview a device model, buy a report, or track an order.

Last reviewed: 5 October 2026.

Before public launch: The data controller’s legal name, postal address, country, privacy contact and customer support contact have not been provided and are intentionally omitted. The controller must publish these details, lawful bases, retention periods and other required disclosures before public sales. This notice is a factual draft, not a complete GDPR Article 13 notice.

1. Free IMEI preview

The free preview runs in your browser. It checks the 15-digit format and checksum, then may use the first eight digits (the TAC) to select a public catalog file and suggest a device model. The full IMEI is not sent to our server for this catalog match. The preview does not query a carrier, blacklist, iCloud / Find My, MDM, or warranty database.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network and request information needed to deliver and protect it. The catalog file is downloaded from this site. See the catalog attribution and source information shown on the relevant pages.

2. Paid device status reports

If you order a blacklist, iCloud / Find My, Apple iPhone warranty, or MDM report, we receive the IMEI and the report type you selected. After Stripe confirms a live payment, the full IMEI and selected service are sent to IMEI.EU to obtain the provider response. Do not submit an IMEI unless you are authorized to request that check.

Stripe Checkout receives your email address, payment information, order and IMEI metadata to process the transaction and receipt. Our application does not receive or store your full card number. The report result and order status are stored in Cloudflare D1. Order lookup uses a keyed hash derived from your email and IMEI; the raw email and IMEI are not used as the D1 lookup key. The result is shown through Track Order using the same email and IMEI. Reports are not automatically emailed.

3. Manual eligibility assessment

If you order a €9.99 manual assessment, the IMEI, email, device/model details, selected country and original network are sent to Stripe Checkout and included in the order workflow. After successful payment, order details are stored in Cloudflare D1 so the assessment can be researched, updated and tracked. A private tracking link is sent to the checkout email through Resend. This is a manual information service; it does not itself submit an unlock request or remove a lock.

4. Purposes and service providers

Information is used to validate an order, take payment, request the selected report, prepare and deliver the result, show order progress, answer order questions, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting duties. The services currently involved include Cloudflare (hosting and D1 database), Stripe (checkout and receipts), Resend (eligibility tracking email), and IMEI.EU (paid device report lookups). These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy documentation. Data may be processed in countries where those providers or their subprocessors operate, subject to the safeguards applicable to each transfer.

We do not sell IMEI or order data for advertising. This draft does not describe analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing email. If those are added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.

5. Retention

Order information is kept for order delivery, tracking, customer support, security, and legal or accounting requirements. The application currently has no documented fixed deletion schedule for order records. A specific retention period and automatic deletion process must be set and implemented before public launch. Stripe and other providers may retain records under their own legal and operational retention rules.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of certain data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Payment or transaction records may need to be retained where the law requires it. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, use the privacy contact that will be published here before public orders are accepted. Do not send full payment-card details.

7. Cookies, browser storage and security

The free preview keeps the entered IMEI in browser memory while you use the page; it is not placed in the page URL for the catalog lookup. The eligibility flow temporarily keeps the device and network selection in session storage so it can be carried to checkout. We use technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children and other websites

This service is not designed for children to place paid orders. Links to Apple, carriers, Stripe, and other third parties take you to services with their own privacy practices; review those notices before submitting information there.

9. Updates and contact

We may revise this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and review date will appear on this page. The controller identity and privacy contact are required completion items before public sales.
